Booking through Square Appointments

How It Works

Five steps from your couch to the lake. Booking runs entirely through Square Appointments — no accounts, no back-and-forth.

  1. Choose your charter length

Two, three, or four hours. Every option includes a captain and room for up to 8 guests. The packages page breaks down what each length is best for.

  2. Check availability through Square Appointments

Hit any Check Availability button on this site. Square shows real open times for the boat — what you see is what's actually bookable.

  3. Book your time through Square

Pick your date and start time, enter your details, and confirm. Square handles the reservation and payment securely.

  4. Receive confirmation and meetup details

You'll get a confirmation from Square right away, plus meetup details for the downtown Kelowna marina.

  5. Meet your captain in Kelowna and enjoy the charter

Arrive about 15 minutes early. Your captain runs a quick safety briefing, then you're on the water. No one in your group has to drive.

The practical stuff

  • Charters run May through September, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
  • Bring sunscreen, towels, water, and anything you want for a comfortable lake day.
  • No boating licence needed — your captain handles the boat.
  • Weather cancellations by us mean a full refund. Details on the policies page.

That's the whole process

Pick a length, check the calendar, book. The lake does the rest.
